What's a bureka?

A savory Mediterranean pastry. Ours is the only thing we make.

Golden, flaky, crispy-as-hell layers around warm fillings — cheese, potato leek, spinach artichoke, roasted mushroom, shakshuka. One pastry, obsessed over. That's the whole shop.
